Hello friends     I'm Leyla..  it's 7am. here and the weather in Fairhope is 30 F soooo ❄️🥶 cold .   I want to share why I'm doing this blog .. it's because I love eating  and try different things (as in my lowbudget mom 🚫 professional 🚫 mixer) I tried many recipe in youtube , pinterest &google every recipes I never made them before but I love to keep it as my lil diary I guess  (love taking pictures of food too 🤣don't tell me you are too?)  while  I share it with you make it more fun !.     I want to be honest and have to tell you that it's not my recipes although I might add extra or lack and that's ok right? also wanted to share how it taste like maybe it will make u tried them some day too ! I'll post only what I really like that's what I focus on ... i link others beautiful recipe what I've tried there aswell.       and I have to thank you for people out there who shared wonderful recipes so grateful ...

                 How to freeze mushrooms 🍄 Hi, friends        This is what I've been doing for almost a year!  Its so good to have your mushrooms on hand when you need them not when they already go bad 🙀🤫 and guess what it last for 9-12 months.    So... Here is something that I really want to share hope it's helpful to you aswell  All u need is  -Oven tray -foil -water pull out mushrooms stem and clean really well  Before slice it  Like so ..  when first layer is full pull out another foil on top of it then add more mushrooms if more mushrooms... put it in the freezer overnight or until its hard transfer them to ziplock bag let air out put them back in the freezer and Done!  Thanks for stop by, Leyla

     Carne Asada Tacos    This is what our dinner table looks like  ****Very simple table but not the food ****😋🌮 I recommend this recipe!!  carne asada tacos It is amazing I made for my husband birthday surprise and he loved loved it!! .... Low budget friendly and especially covid right now . I thought this recipe is one of my favorite too ❣️ So I made everything homemade let my In -law help tasted guacamole and salsa until we satisfied that's whats fun about cooking at home .I used corn tortillas 🌽 in pan I cook them untill it a little crispy so how ever you like it's good  Thank you for reading this and hope you enjoyed it!       No knead coconut milk bread loaf !!            This is what mine looks like I use dry instant yeast so make sure u get the right yeast because I baked them double the time and longer rest dough.  I found this recipe from facebook  no knead coconut milk🥥 bread loaf   doesn't look exact but it is what it is love making new things anyways . to me it taste more like a plain bread delicious have the beautiful smell from coconut milk not sweet and yes it is soft .  Enjoy!
